Hey there, this is Jessica Johnson, aka “mermaid girl”, and I’m new to the blogosphere. Please excuse the poor look of the theme and site, I’m still geting everything the way I like and have enlisted the help of my husband. Hopefully in due time this blog will look much better but for now I can live with it.

Like I said earily I’m Jessica Johnson. The reason I use the term Mermaid Girl to descirbe me is because I’m obsessed about mermaids, which has the tendency to drive my hubby crazy some times. Luckily for him my hobby isn’t stowed so much in the main parts of the house, however, I have a huge room dedicated to my mermaid collectibles and stuff down in the basement. I’m hoping I can meet some other equally obsessed folks online and thus the reason for this blog. Surely, I’m not the only one. Anyway, welcome to my blog.
